PROJECT: Park Nicollet in St. Louis Park is helping make health care easier and affordable by now offering a SmartCare clinic. This project we created thee personas of prospective patients we wanted to target and then created a mailer campaign that would address health care to those three personas.
RESULTS: SmartCare started to see uptick on prospective patients. The SmartCare model was also rolled out to two other HealthPartners clinics.
